'Walk and Talk' Coaching

This is a great way to be listened to while we walk and talk together. Most times you will come to me in the Bournemouth area, but I will also come to your town in some circumstances. Come and see me for a walk along the seafront, or in the park.

Sessions are typically one or two hours long. We use the outside environment in which we are walking (sometimes also sitting) to get to understand the issue, identify some obstacles to change, and develop goals to address the issue.  Depending on your needs you may want more than one session.

Personal or Life Coaching

Perhaps you have a personal problem? Maybe it’s a relationship issue or maybe it’s a decision that needs to be made such as changing career, leaving home, or some other problem. Some people feel stressed or have performance issues, and can’t find the confidence to achieve their goals. Whether it is a big or small problem let me show you the benefits of one to one, face to face, or telephone coaching so as to help you find the solutions.

What happens at a Life Coaching session?

The first thing I do is really listen and try to understand your problem in order to coach you through to the solution. We meet at agreed times and assess the problem, and make realistic plans to move forward that meet your needs. We explore obstacles and check that you are getting the desired results. Sessions are usually booked over weeks or months depending on the issue. You will need to do some agreed work between sessions. As a bonus I can keep in contact with you between sessions to help you keep on track.
